As Chief Scientist for all of the U.S. Air Force’s human-centered research at Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), I solicit your assistance in helping us spread the word about the Repperger Research Intern program at our Human Effectiveness Directorate.  A colleague or acquaintance of yours who works in AFRL suggested I send the information to you for dissemination to applicable students.


The Repperger Research Intern Program honors the life and works of Dr. Daniel W. Repperger (1942-2010), who was one of our top scientists and a mentor of many young engineers and scientists.  Through the program, we will be providing 8-10 internships this summer for graduate students or undergraduate students in their junior or senior year to work under the mentorship of an Air Force scientist.  Additional information and application instructions are in the attached brochure.  Here’s a brief summary of the program:
